Riley founded Riley Harris Construction in 2006. With over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Riley offers a 'people first' business model. He maintains that the number one indicator of a successful project is owner satisfaction. Riley is experienced in all areas of construction including zoological exhibits, banking, metal buildings, education, residential, and commercial construction.

Jeremy cook

Vice-President
Owner & Project Manager

After graduating with a degree in Business Management from Abilene Christian University, Jeremy became a project manager for his Alma Mater.  In 2008, he joined the RHC team. Now a partner, Jeremy  wants owners to feel confident that RHC will manage each project efficiently from beginning to end.  Jeremy is experienced in all areas of commercial and residential construction.

Joey Garrett

Project Manager

Joey joined Riley Harris in 2018 with over 15 years experience in the construction management industry.  He began working as a project manager after retiring from 20 years of service in the Marine Corps. Joey brings efficiency and organization to all aspects of our company.  His construction portfolio includes all areas of construction including medical centers, restaurants, & educational institutions.

Dean Rodgers

Project Manager

Dean joined the RHC team in 2019 with over 30 years of construction and project management experience.  Dean holds contractor licensure in the states of Louisiana and Arkansas and specialty certifications in education.  These certifications include School Safety Audit and Report and School Safety Emergency planning from the Texas School Safety Center.  Dean specializes in all areas of construction including educational establishments, commercial construction, and residential construction.
